War and Peace 2 is a vintage-style rose-animalic, luminous Taif and damask rose with orris and Indian patchouli over a profoundly animalic base of castoreum, civet, real ambergris, oakmoss and natural musk.

The Story

Russian Adam works only in natural and vintage materials, and War and Peace 2 is his ode to old-school perfumery: a regal rose laid over raw, untamed animalics, the "war" of musky castoreum against the "peace" of rose.

Composed by Russian Adam, founder of Areej Le Doré, also behind Oud Zen and Russian Oud.

Fragrance Character

Amber and rose open rich and honeyed; orris and patchouli add a powdery, earthy depth; and the base is gloriously animalic, castoreum, civet, ambergris and natural musk over mossy vetiver.
