What happens in the video

The box sits beside tasselled pouches and a black dish, the lid comes off to reveal the gold-capped flacon in its cradle, hands turn the bottle to the light, and the clip closes on a filled decant wearing the Place de la Rêverie label. No narration, so no transcript.

What it smells like

Nathalie Feisthauer composed Santal de Paris around an intimate reading of the city, treating sandalwood as creamy and powdered rather than dry. Powdery notes, lily and amyris open it; ambrette, Ambroxan and Mysore sandalwood sit in the heart; vanilla, benzoin and labdanum close it. It stays close, more a veil on skin than a projection.
