Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely through MontyPay. Customers in Lebanon can also choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

Your payment information is encrypted and processed through MontyPay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers. Look for the padlock icon in your browser. Your data is always protected.

Currency

All prices on Gouttes Rares are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars). Your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is held in a different currency. This is outside our control.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and ensure the integrity of every transaction, we reserve the right to cancel orders that trigger our fraud detection systems. In such cases, we will contact you directly to verify your identity before proceeding.

No Hidden Fees

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add hidden fees or surcharges. All customs duties and import taxes on international orders are covered by Gouttes Rares — you will never be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for international orders. If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact us at customerservice@gouttesrares.com before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve any issues directly and promptly.
