Refund Policy — Gouttes Rares
Gouttes Rares specializes in luxury perfume decants and authentic niche fragrance samples. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any item that has been opened, used, or tested.
Samples & Decants
No refunds or returns once the outer box or envelope has been opened. Personal scent preference is not guaranteed.
Full Bottles
Returns are only accepted if the cellophane wrapping (if applicable) is intact or, if no cellophane exists, the packaging is unopened and the bottle has not been sprayed.
International Orders
All international sales are final — returns are not accepted on international orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right: see Damages & Issues below.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@gouttesrares.com with photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number. Approved claims are resolved promptly with a replacement or refund.
Returns Process (where returns apply)
Eligible customers must contact support within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. If accepted, a prepaid label is provided, and the item must be shipped within 7 calendar days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
