We buy authentic niche fragrances as original bottles, directly from the houses, at full retail price. Nothing passes through the grey market. There are no inspired versions, no copies, and no dilutions.
What you receive is the genuine fragrance, carefully transferred from its original flacon into your decant.

The bottle is bought, not traded
We buy the original flacon at full retail price, direct from the house. Nothing reaches this bench through the grey market, and nothing is taken in part-exchange from another collection.

The seal breaks for your order
A bottle is opened to fill the decants that were actually ordered. Nothing sits half-empty on a shelf losing its top notes for a month before it reaches you.

Drawn in glass and steel
A medical grade Socorex syringe takes the exact millilitres straight from the flacon. Glass and steel only, so nothing leaches, nothing clings, and nothing is lost between the two bottles.

Filled, capped and checked by hand
Into a fresh atomiser, never a reused one. Capped, wiped, labelled and checked against the original bottle before it leaves the bench.

Dressed, then sent
Packed into the hot foiled box, then handed to DHL. Every customs duty and import tax is already paid, so the price you saw at checkout is the last one you pay.

Each decant is filled using only the finest medical grade Socorex syringes, so every drop stays faithful to the original essence, untouched from the flacon to your hands.
The packaging is finished with an artisanal touch, with hot foiled engravings and gold foil stamping that echo the codes of haute parfumerie. A rare scent deserves to be dressed with the same care it carries within.

What we will never do
Never the grey market
Every bottle is bought new and at full price from the house. We do not source from unsold stock, liquidators, or anyone who cannot say where the bottle has been.
Never diluted
Nothing is thinned, stretched, or topped up with alcohol to make a bottle go further. What leaves the flacon is exactly what reaches your vial.
Never an inspired version
No clones, no dupes, no reformulated lookalikes wearing a famous name. If the label says the house made it, the house made it.
Never a decant of a decant
Your millilitres are drawn from a full sealed bottle we own, never poured on from another decanter's vial, and never from a tester of unknown age.
Gouttes Rares is an independent decanter, not affiliated with or endorsed by any house, and every trademark belongs to its owner. That independence is exactly why we can afford to be this specific about what is in the vial.
