That is exactly what decants are for.

Every Roja decant we pour is filled from a bottle we bought at full retail from the house, never the grey market. We pour to order with lab-grade Socorex syringes, offer the real decant sizes you see below (commonly 1ml, 2ml, 5ml and 10ml), and measure and seal each vial the day it ships. You get the genuine juice, clean and precise, so you can try before committing to a full bottle.

The Roja Dove range

• Diaghilev. A carnal jolt of cumin and citrus that settles into a powdery floral heart of peach, jasmine and tuberose, then burns down into one of the richest bases in modern perfumery, all oak moss, civet, leather and vanilla. Evening wear with real gravity. From $33.
• Enigma parfum. Bright bergamot, mandarin and lemon open onto a plush bouquet of peach, rose and jasmine before drying to a warm, refined trail of musk, ambergris, sandalwood and vanilla absolute. Polished and romantic. From $37.
• Oceania. Citrus and aromatic herbs, lavender and rosemary lifted by litsea cubeba, over a soft floral heart of jasmine sambac and violet, grounded by a resinous base of vetiver, labdanum and vanilla. Fresh but never thin. From $17.

How to start

Begin with a 2ml of whichever scene pulls you in, and wear it across a full day before you decide. If you want to compare, build a small set of two or three and see which one you keep reaching for. When a favorite emerges, size up to a 5ml or 10ml, and let that be your guide toward the full bottle.
