Shipping Policy — Gouttes Rares
At Gouttes Rares, we take pride in preparing and shipping your order with care. All orders of niche perfumes, luxury perfume decants, and authentic fragrance samples are processed Monday through Friday. We aim to ship within 2 business days, but in certain cases it may take up to 5 business days (for example, during holidays or promotional sales).
If a product goes out of stock before our inventory updates, your order may be delayed. In such cases, you will be notified promptly by our customer service team.
Order Status & Tracking
- Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.
- Our staff will carefully pick, pack, and hand your parcel to our international shipping partner DHL.
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- You can track your shipment at any time on the DHL website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order status to update (72 hours on weekends). During national or religious holidays, additional delays may occur.
Customs & Import Duties — Covered by Us
All customs duties and import taxes are covered by Gouttes Rares. The price you pay at checkout is final — you will never be asked to pay any customs fees, duties, or import taxes at delivery. Customs clearance may occasionally add a delay to delivery times, which is beyond our control, but it will never add a cost to you.

We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier availability. All delivery times are estimates and commence from the shipping date.
