Refund Policy — Gouttes Rares

Gouttes Rares specializes in luxury perfume decants and authentic niche fragrance samples. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any item that has been opened, used, or tested.

Samples & Decants: No refunds or returns once the outside box or envelope has been opened. Personal scent preference is not guaranteed.

Full Bottles: Returns are only accepted if the cellophane wrapping (if applicable) is intact or, if no cellophane exists, the packaging is unopened and the bottle has not been sprayed.

International Orders: Returns are not accepted for international orders.

Process: Customers must contact support within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. If accepted, a prepaid label is provided, and the item must be shipped within 7 calendar days.

Damages: Issues must be reported with photos within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
