The house calls it one of the rarest patchouli oils from the misty mountains of Nepal, a deep and highly faceted oil carrying more than a hundred aromatic molecules, and says plainly that this is not a conventional patchouli fragrance but a composition designed to reveal the raw beauty of the material itself.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe centrepiece is the base: a multilayered co-tincture of black truffle, orris root, wild Siberian deer musk and Ethiopian civet, made by Adam using ultrasound and vacuum infusion and used not as a base accord but as the carrier the entire perfume is built in.
